I've been tired this week and its been hard to move (sore legs). Hopefully I can recover for the weekend. The wind has been crazy this week and it blows me around all over the place.
Last week I was working on my climbing... Didnt think I rode that much (only about 30 minutes a day) but I guess I climbed 10,500 feet in total! It is 3x more than any week this year!
Robyn convinced me to eat better last night and get ripped again, as I am getting a little soft. Its hard to have so much control, but I am going to give it a good try and see what happens. I want to feel better and more energetic in the day, I know eating better will help. I usually eat like 3 protein bars, two protein shakes, and then dinner is my only real food meal... Going to try to eat only one or two supplement meals a day, and at least three real food meals.
