I am sick today. I rode so hard this weekend that i rode into a state of fever. my heartrate was 170-190 the whole race. I had a good race though, i sprinted at the finish and i actually won it. first time i have won a sprint. i let it all go at 250 m. i just went balls out and it was a good finish. the climb at the end was pretty hard though, 9 km at 13%. I died and almost fell off the bike. this years giro ditalia will be fun to watch with a 23% section on dirt roads.
