Its been a long month here in hawaii. I havent ridden anywhere near as much as i would have liked, but i have done a lot of stuff that I needed to do. I am working now full time as well as going to university again full time. I am happy though and its definetly worth the break. I want to ride the Ironman course tomorow morning and help my freind Dave Feduik out. its his first Ironman and he has a million questions for me. I dont think i am a very good person to ask about it though because I didnt do very good in that race and i probably screwed up my training and nutrition pretty bad in it.
Its been really rainy here and I feel bad letting my bike get wet...
