This is the lake at Puuloa where I just did a triathlon yesterday. I haven't run in 12 months except to run up the stairs at our house! I was second fastest bike averaging 29 mph. It was my best TT speed ever. I broke my handlebars during the race! I ran 7:56 miles for the run, and I didnt drown on the swim. Robyn dared me to do it, and I couldn't let her down! I dont think I will do another one of those for a long time... maybe next year!
Melia and Troy and Robyn were at the finish line cheering me on as I almost passed a 14 yr old rite before the finish line! I didnt pass him.

Now that's the Dan I know...doing a race without any training at all! You did awesome out there and that was cool that you didn't pass that little guy unlike me who in Australia punked out a bunch of little kids on their bikes. Nice Robyn. Or was it Nybor?
