This week I am back on my eating program that Robyn is guiding me through. She tells me what to eat and I follow it 90 % of the time. She rules and I have been feeling really good ever since I started it. I think I get some slow cooker chicken with beans and salsa this week... MMMM I am starving already..

Tonnes? What does that mean, Dan?
Tons... the Tonne is the metric way of ton (the american way). A metric tonne is 1000 kg, or roughly 1 million grams (2200 pounds). The metric tonne is different than the old english measurement of the "ton", or the "short ton", which is only about 907 kg, or 2000 pounds. I hope this helps. :)
